When was the last time you truly checked in with yourself, body, mind, and soul?
For many Black men, wellness often takes a backseat to work, family responsibilities, or simply “keeping it together.” Yet, the reality is clear: African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) men face unique health challenges, from chronic conditions to mental health struggles, often compounded by stigma, cultural barriers, and systemic inequities in access to care.

This Movember, Mindsilike Consulting and Community Practice Inc. is inviting you to take a pause, reclaim your well-being, and engage in a day designed just for you.
