Meet Alethia Cadore, MA, BACyc(P), RP

Alethia Cadore is a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Child and Youth Care Practitioner, and CEO of Mindsilike Consulting & Community Practice Inc. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she has helped individuals, families, and teams restore balance and thrive.

She specializes in trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and culturally responsive mental wellness, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and community-based healing into everything she does.

Alethia has served hundreds of clients and participants, supervised therapists-in-training, delivered large-scale community wellness events, and has been recognized with multiple awards for leadership, mentorship, and community impact.

She didn’t build Mindsilike from a textbook. She built it because she saw her community (Black, racialized, and equity-seeking professionals) burning out in silence. And she refused to let that be the norm.
