You’re exhausted but you can’t slow down because people depend on you
You teach regulation, resilience, or wellness to others, but your own nervous system feels fried
You’ve tried meditation apps, self-care routines, and wellness programs, and nothing sticks
You feel guilty every time you prioritize yourself over your clients, kids, or community
You’re one bad week away from full burnout, and you know it
You want support that actually understands your lived experience, not a one-size-fits-all approach
If you nodded at even one of those, this masterclass was designed for you.
The #1 reason “knowing what to do” isn’t enough, and what to do instead
A simple, trauma-informed nervous system reset you can use in under 5 minutes (between sessions, meetings, or school pickups)
Why most self-care advice fails high-functioning caregivers, and the mindfulness-based approach that doesn’t
How to set boundaries without guilt, resentment, or losing connection
The clinical framework behind Mindful Mastery, and how it’s helped hundreds of people reclaim their emotional well-being
Alethia Cadore is a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Child and Youth Care Practitioner, and CEO of Mindsilike Consulting & Community Practice Inc. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she has helped individuals, families, and teams restore balance and thrive.
She specializes in trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and culturally responsive mental wellness, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and community-based healing into everything she does.
Alethia has served hundreds of clients and participants, supervised therapists-in-training, delivered large-scale community wellness events, and has been recognized with multiple awards for leadership, mentorship, and community impact.
She didn’t build Mindsilike from a textbook. She built it because she saw her community (Black, racialized, and equity-seeking professionals) burning out in silence. And she refused to let that be the norm.
Her approach is not about hype. It’s about evidence. It’s about lived experience. And it’s about building spaces where people don’t just survive. They regulate, reconnect, and lead with confidence.

This program helped me to remember the power of pausing for self-care.

I felt like I was in a safe place with someone who had real human feelings and reactions to
my experiences and giving me great feedback including bringing real time examples

These sessions were the catalyst to my transformation. I needed clarity to make some decisions that were emotional heavy - at the end of these sessions I was able to confidently move forward with clarity and confidence..
Limited spots available. This is a live, interactive session, not a pre-recorded webinar.
